REFUND POLICY
If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact customer service at returns@ivyrecruiting.com for instructions. Claims must be made within twenty (20) days of the ship date. Upon receipt, the account you provided for payment will be credited for the full cost of your purchase or applied to a replacement book which will be sent out by the end of the next business day at no additional cost. Media Mail rates may be used for your return.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the book for a refund of the purchase price plus any applicable taxes which will be credited to your original form of payment. To qualify for a refund, you must notify returns@ivyrecruiting.com within twenty (20) days of the ship date of the book and our book must be returned in its original condition. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Customers will be required to arrange for and cover the costs of the return shipping. Media Mail rates may be used but your refund will not be made until the book is received and inspected.
